king's hotel first is in a great location, just a short walk to the city center and super close to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport. the room was comfortable with a soft bed and a big TV. I especially loved the relaxing Finnish sauna. it was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city!

the immediate neighborhood could use more charm.

I had a lovely stay in a double room for 2 nights, enjoying the incredible breakfast with so much variety and the comfy bed that made it hard to get up! The hotel offers great relaxation options like a cozy lounge area and a peaceful courtyard to unwind. Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was super close to the main train station, making it easy to explore both the famous Marienplatz and the beautiful English Garden. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the bar offered great cocktails. I recommend taking advantage of the voucher system for maid service to enjoy some drinks at the bar.

One downside was the bathroom size. it felt a bit cramped during our stay.
